Winter is a great time of year to add some running drills into your routine. After all, running should not just be about pounding out more miles. Use these drills to make the most out of your miles and improve how you move over the ground. This video contains two of Coach Jon’s favorite run drills: the A-skip and the Heel to Glute drills. Give these a go and then try to bring a touch of that form into your running miles.
